I get a lot of blue screen crashes and don't know what is causing it. When I open the dmp file in the Windows debugging tool, I get a lot of messages to the effect that "your debugger is not using the correct symbols" and at the end it says "Probably caused by ntkrnlpa.exe "but a search for this file turns up nothing. If it is a virus, neither my virus scanner nor Windows defender picks it up.

Can someone advise what I can do next please.

The STOP 0x00 error code number can be searched on for solutions.

That means just that, or you aren't connected to the Internet when debugging.

    Several Quick Suggestions

    Try different anti virus software.
If you have done updates, go back to other Restore Points and try it and see WHEN/IF it works.
