    Dell 9400 (I'm on a 9200 now) XP professional

I moved the cursor after a short time at idle and the screen went to Blue with double columns of white dots in the background.

First it said something about Memory Parity and then after restart

    It said: Page_Error_In_Non_Paged Area

Tried to restart to Last Known and Restore with no luck.

    Can you help?

    Thanks

Sounds like a hardware failure .....
Seeing it's a laptop the best you can probably do is to reseat the RAM and make/remake the connections to the hard drive.

The original message also points to memory, amongst other things.

    Memory Parity Errors
