Blue dump error

    Hi All,

    After installation of Symantec client security firewall (SCS 3.1.5) i am frequently getting blue dump error (0x0000007F) in my customer PC's

    Please help me to resolve this issue :)

    Hi, Saravanan.V. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

    Please carefully follow the instructions in this link and paste THREE of your most recent BSOD dump logs in this thread.

    Blue Screens:
    The dump file will be c:\MEMORY.DMP or C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP or (for Mini-dumps) in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\

    We'll look at those logs to determine whether we can find a pattern (or lack of a pattern).
