Does anybody have a clue how to block a domain? I know how to block a sender but the wise guys just change the sender, using th same domain. For example "AccountService@reply.mytotaltime.com" will change to "dropdead@reply.mytotaltime.com" the next time around. According to help it is possible to stop the domain, whcih is reply.mytotaltime.com.

    I'm getting desparate!!!!

    Outlook Filters

You can resolve this problem - depending on which version of Outlook you are using - by setting up either Filters or Rules and haveing all mail from mytotaltime.com sent off to a message folder and you'll never see it again.

Outlook Express - Looks for Tools --> Message Rules
Outlook 2003 - Look for Tools ----> Rules and Alerts

set your "filters" there and move all "spam" or annoying emails to folders to be deleted later of just them to deleted bin....

Thanx, Katman, I'll give it a shot. I went to Tools then opened Message Rules. Then News, and established a new rule for moving "mytotaltime.com" to a Hold folder. It's like catching fish. After I see it works I'll change the rule to move it to the deleted folder.

If this doesn't sound right please let me know.
