In message rules...Blocked senders list...I have clicked on, removed them but when rebooting the next time they are all there again. Can you/will you please tell me how I can permanently delete these? Thank you.

artbea--How did you delete those blocked senders? The correct procedure is here (bottom of page 2 and top of page 3)
    http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache...locked+senders+list"&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=7

In the Registry the key is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{8D32DF8B-D3B8-4783-A0C5-FE37E2FC8659}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders
but to be honest I do not know where the individual blocked senders are.

Blocked Senders are set and managed under their own tab in Message Rules.

As of Outlook Express, SP1, release (version 6.0.2800.1106) and later, the Blocked Senders list no longer uses the registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Identity#}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders\

You can follow a variant of what Welshjim was suggesting:

    Close Outlook Express.

    Start, Run, regedit

As Wellsjim notes above you are looking for a Key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Very long set of numbes and letters that is an Identity#}\Software\ Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders\

The first long set of numbes should be the Main Identity, and likely there is nothing under it.

Under the other long set of numbers you should seeun under the Blocked Senders key entries for Both Mail and News. Under each of these should be an entry for a key "Criteria ". That is the key you want to remove for either Mail or News.

    Right click on it, Delete.

    Close regedit.

In the alternative, you try this freeware Blocked Senders editor: http://www.maclean-nj.com/downloads/blocksenders.exe.v3.1.zip

Finally, if you create a new Identity the issue will disappear.
