:( blew up my Soundblaster...

    i must have connected the main soundblaster board to the small sister board incorrectly... cause i could smell it burn. sigh.

    does anyone have the main board for a soundblaster live! that they'd be willing to part with? mine was a 512. it would be great if it was one of the boards that had the capabiity to link to the small sister board that allows me to use the digital DIN.

    Yes, lots of places do and if you are a good shopper, it will only cost you $34-36 plus shipping.
