When I run Bleem on Windows XP, it says that bleem.exe is not a valid Win32 application. Any way to fix this?

Since it is written for 9x systems, try running it in 98 emulation mode.

Even then it may well not work since the NT systems (NT/2K/XP) absolutely do not allow the direct hardware calls that are common with certain 9x programs.

The operating system will intercept the call, try to figure out what it wants to do, and then do that thing if it isn't seen as dangerous.
