Blank Windows logo screen

    Hoping someone can help me. I used turn off instead of log off. Now when I turn on the computer all I get is the a blank windows screen with the windows logo. No start bar or anything. Tried the safe mode but not sure what I am doing, but nothing worked. Anyone help me to get back to the log in screen. Thanks. Pam C

    Try Last Settings that Worked.

    Turning off also logs out the user, so I don't think that these two are related. Just Murphy uncle catching with you.:rolleyes:
