Whenever my friend navigates to this site (his online banking log in page) he gets a completely blank page..................... The title bar Acknowledges the website address - "Natwest" and the 'done' message sits in the bottom left hand corner, yet the page is completely blank.

This has been happening for less than 5 days

    http://www.natwest.co.uk/frontpage/dhtml/index.htm

He cannot view the windows update page either - same result as above.

I have checked the internet options and cannot find a setting to alter this situation

    Any ideas anyone

    Windows XP professional
    Outlook Express 6.1

    Cheers

    Seany

    Try
    - delete all temporary internet files
    - delete all cookies
    - download, install, and run the latest versions of ad-aware and spybot.

Moving this to the IE section since I think you'll get more information there.

Also check the cipher strenghth in IE. Go to help, about Internet Explorer and make sure the cipher strength is 128.
