I have a Logitech QuikCam Express. It's always worked quite well for me. I made the mistake of installing Comcast's krappy Video Email program. It froze up every time I tried to run it, so I got rid of it. I think it's messed up my webcam a bit. When I view the webcam through the icon in My Computer, all I get is a black box instead of an image. If I click on Take a Picture though, it takes it fine. I can still view the webcam image in MSNM and YIM. This isn't a big deal, though it's slightly annoying.

    Hi shadowhawk,

I would suggest you reinstall the Comcast program, then unistall it. Still problems, uninstall the Quickcam (program/drivers) then reinstall.

    Luck
