Black lines in add/remove programs

Vertical black lines have appered in my add/remove programs. I was wondering if there is a way to remove these lines and would much appreciate to find out how.

Thanks for the link mike, but i solved the problem already.
i recently downloaded TI software for my calculator and thought this might be the problem, so i deleated it and success the black lines disappered!
