    Hello to everyoane

The problem is:when I've started the PC,the screen remained black. What I know for now is:
1-monitor says that no signal is received
-I checked the monitor on another PC and it works
-I tried another videocard (the one which has
worked with the PC before I put a new one)and I
    get the same thing.

2-I checked the MoBo batery and I have 3v there

    I don't know what to do.Please help!

    Stefan

Is it possible the video card is not getting seated all the way in the slot? Are you getting any beeping from the BIOS upon startup? Does the motherboard have an integrated video adapter which needs to be disabled (via jumper and/or in BIOS) in order to get a signal from the add-on video card?

    Hello again

Now I know for sure what happened:while booting up to Windows, the screen turned black and since then the PC is blind and dumb;no bip to let me check the bip code,no anything. The last trial was to check how the PC behaves when only 1 bar of RAM,the CPU,the supply plug and the video card are connected and again the same thing.
I couldn't check the voltages on the supply plug (3.3,+5v,+12v etc ),because I don't have a multimeter;I don't have a spare source either.I suspect the source in the first place.
I am interested in your oppinion. Thanks again for your good will to help.

    regards

    Stefan

PS: my English is a nighmare,I know :(

When you say "while booting up to Windows, the screen turned black " are you getting a picture on your monitor at all?

    Hello Hulka

Yes,after it starts displaying the first info
about Mobo, videocard, memory etc,the screen suddenly turned black and since....
This is all I know from my friend. When I checked
it out, myself,it was already like a dead body.
    The only working pieces are:
    -the videocard's fan
    -the CPU fan
    -the turn-on indicator

    regards

    Stefan

PS: what do you think about this?

If you have the means I would recommend plugging another known-good monitor into this PC and see what happens. My guess is the same thing will happen but I'm curious to find out the results. My thoughts are leaning towards the video driver that Windows (what version?) is using. It may be the wrong video driver is loaded or the refresh rate may be set incorrectly. If you can, you might try booting into Safe Mode. If you can, and you get a picture on the monitor, that means something is fubar with your video driver.
