Resolved Best Approach / Best Software

Hello All, I have two music library's I'm trying to merge into one. I know I have duplicate album & tracks across both library's. I'm looking for suggestions on how to make this as quick & painless as possible. Is there dedicated software out there to complete this task??? or do I have to go the long way using the likes of iTunes, Media Monkey???

Okay..Supersync seems a bit like over kill...thus the small charge...but here's one I found and is Free, SyncToy....from Microsoft! and it's simple to use...super stuff...
