battery icon on taskbar won't appear

    I checked the power settings and the checkbox is checked to keep the icon on the taskbar. But it isn't there. How can I get it back? Really annoying when I'm on battery.

    solved it by unchecking the box, shutting down, booting up and rechecking the box. That did it.
