    Hi,
Just bought a new HP vista home premium service pack one 64 bit computer. I was just playing on it the other day and it went to the windows is shutting down to protect you blah blah...did this 4 times. Every time it would get to the desktop it would start again.. first writing on it was : Bad-pool-header. then Driver is mismanaging system PTES Then I hit the diagnostic tool and it came back with bad biome-1 call support. I called support and he had me open the computer and remove and replace all 4 memory cards and restart. H feels one or more may have come loose through heat expansion. Well, it is working but now I'm leary about the computer. What do you guys think? I have 8 gigs of memory installed.
    Thanks for your thoughts:)

Could be heat or could be some problem with RAM - difficult to guess without proper tests, and even then not very sure as these problems may vary depending on the temperature, humidity, air flow etc.

But if you get these problems again, I would advise you to run a thorough test of RAM using 2 or 3 different utilities.
