Backup media format problem

    I am trying to set up my backup but cannt format or label my tapes. I cannot do what the documentation says because a box that is supposed to be checked does not exist. have the backup job set up and ready to go but cannot get teh media labeled and formatted.

    Can someone help be get started with this thing? TIA.

    Are you sure that your tape drive is compatible with XP?

    A third backup software product works fine but I want to eliminate it.
