backup documents on workgroup help!!!!!

    Hi , to all of you guy ,i have a question , is there a easy way to back up workstation inportant documents , i have 9 computer windows 2000 SP3 , one of the windows 2000 professional computer is used as files server but they will be saving their documents on their local computer , a bach file ..???
    will help me here,,,,, will this small program copy all the documents from local camputer to the file server (win2k professional ) because i have a tape backup on this computer .
    the ideas is to still work on the local computer even if the file server computer goes bad...

    XCOPY has a /D switch which only copies newer files. Use XCOPY /? to get full syntax.

    Code:
    REM COPYX.CMD
    XCOPY  "D:\Documents and Settings\Username\*.*" \\Servername\Sharename /D /E /H /K /O /X /Y
    
    Schedule the batch file using task scheduler.
