Backing Up XP home

I have not backed up my system because I have XP Home installed and according to what I have read, the CD has to be pulled out and a certain file chosen to be able to do this with the home version.
I have found a site that has a full working version of WinBackup 1.86 - Backup Made Easyâ„¢ for free.

I have not used it yet but would like to know if anyone has and would you recommend it.

Check out Cobian Backup. It is a highly recommended, open source backup solution. Oh yeah... it's *FREE*.
When you get to Cobian's site, click the Software link, then Backup.
