Backing up profile

Hi Ramona, Because every once in a while I loose my bookmarks or my email I decided to use a daily automatic backup program and back up my entire profile. I installed Second Copy 2000 and it works perfectly except it presents an err because of the file, parent.lock. I tried renaming,moving,deleting and all else but it says it is in use and I should get out of the program that is using it. I get this with only windows explorer open. What is this parent.lock? Oh yes, I am using XP and NS7

Close Netscape before backing up your profile, and that problem file will no longer be a problem. It only appears when Netscape is in use.
