Back Again - can't access pc in WorkGroup

Hi help

We have 5 pcs.win7 in a workGp, all with the same IP address 192.168.0.xxx. All pcs can see each other, ping each other and access shared folders except of one Ahh.PC.
All other pcs can access shared folder of Ahh.PC but not vice versa as stated.
The Ahh.PC network when diagnosed states there is an error. All pc in workGp is connected to internet.

I am trying to narrowing down the problem. Ignoring virus or malware, i suspect either a hardware issue or operating scheme. Any views.

 

No virus can cause such behaviour.
SO to start with, change the IP adress, keep the PCs in the same network so for the 192.168.1.XXX put a musk 255.255.255.0 and change the XXX from a PC to another.
Then check the netbios protocol configuration on the concerned PC.
