    AV360 suddenly popped up on my pc and I managed to get rid of it but now my internet explorer will not work. Every time I try to download from the web, the error message is "internet cannot find this site ". The download window is there but it does not start downloading. I am a real novice, so any help would be welcome. I've tried downloading spyware etc but this does not work either.

    @Tomless12

    Read the Before you post read this message, follow the instructions as best you can (it may involve downloading the software on another system and copying/renaming across).

    An AntiMalware expert will get to you as soon as they can.

    @Jabfarm

    It's best to leave the antimalware advice to the experts on this board (I am not one), Suggesting a search in these cases is not a good idea in my opinion.

    I agree with wildfire, I had this malware on my work computer. Be careful of what you download to fix it. Some of the fixes are also malware. What worked for me was Malwarebytes anti malware, and AVG anti virus. Had to download on another computer, rename the exe files and transfer them to the infected computer. Spybot and Glary Utilities may also help. If the infections has gone too far, then let the experts on this board help you.
