Automatic updates repeat (KB967715 & 951847)

    Since Feb 25. updates for my Windows XP OS keep coming back with Update for Windows KB967715 and Microsoft:NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update KB951847 x86 even though they installed correctly the first time around - history and Belarc says so. Is there a way to make them stop. Shouldn't it be Microsoft's responsability to remove this annoyance?
