Clearly the power is not switched off at the wall :)

Look in the BIOS under Power Management Setup - or similar and for an option Automatic Power up - time will be set to 23.20 - disable.

Let's have some more basic information ....

Is the computer shut down each night or put into standby?

If it's left on standby and all options for Wake and Automatic Power up are disabled in Bios and it still starts up at 23.20 pm each night then it is possible that some other event which occurs in the house at that time is causing the start up through a spurious signal. Is the heating/air con on a timer which shuts it down at that time - or any other timer facility in the house. Could possibly be next door too.

Simple solution is to shut down the computer and turn off the power at the wall socket.
