Auto Reply rule

I set up a message rule so that when outlook receives a
message with a certain subject, it automatically sends a
response. It works except that it sends the reply as an attachment to another email message. Is there some way I can get it to send the reply normally? The reply I'm using is another email I wrote and saved to my hard drive but of course it has no address in the To field.
