Auto fill-in, not auto complete

Yesterday my brother set up Windoze XP Home on my computer and when he went into internet exploder he clicked the setting that enabled the browser to remember everything that I type in feilds other then the address bar, example... I go to google and type in Cars, the next time i go to google and type anything that begins with the letter C it lists everything that starts with C. How can I disable this. I have already disabled the Auto Complete in the internet tools section.
