Hi. I occasionally play an MMO called Dungeon Fighter Online. It always worked perfectly until last night when suddenly my machine refused to connect. After beginning the sign-in process it now gives me an Authentication Error; Process Timed Out, and no number of attempts has elicited a different response.

I've tried accessing the game's homepage with several browsers as well as browserless, I've signed in and out over and over again, I've deleted and reinstalled the game, I've downloaded a Registry Cleaner and used it to fix registry errors, I've deleted meaningless programs from my machine, I have no P2P running whatsoever and I've turned off my firewall and ad-blocking programs to no avail. I had read a post someone had made suggesting a PeerBlock/PeerGuardian issue was what was giving him trouble, but I have no idea what that is or how to do anything about it. I had also received another error upon trying to play the game and it said:

"Error Occurred during connection to d.agkn.com:440

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithms

    Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap "

I have not received this message before or since. I have no idea what any of this means and have had no trouble with any of my other software or functions. I am extremely frustrated and would greatly appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thanks.

    WBurningRage, Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

With online systems you can't automatically assume it's an issue with your computer, perhaps the game provider has a problem?

You say you've tried to connect to the home page with an internet browser but you don't make it clear whether you were successful or not.

Assuming no success I'd give it some time (perhaps even a couple of days) then trying again. You could also try looking for an online support forum for the game to see if anyone else is having problems.
