AU Backup, Log, and Temp. What are these?

    Hi all,

    I have these three folders in my Windows folder and I have no clue as to what they are or what they are referenced to. Can anyone explain?

    Hi John: I have the same folders/files on my system. I just checked the AU_Log folder and there are references to "TrendMicro" and "HouseCall" in there. I therefore assume it has something to do with the HouseCall online virus scanner. Checking the dates in the files it looks like approx. the date I ran the online scanner.

    It shouldn't be a problem, and if you use HouseCall frequently I would leave it alone as HouseCall will have to download again on next scan.

    I only scanned the Backup folder and didn't have a clue. :)
