How do you enable being able to see AT (Administrative Tools) in the Start Menu?

Classic is ****, but I love it.

Found it. It might help in the future to state that it only works in "Start menu ", not in "Classic Start menu ".

I say this only because I was reading through some other articles, where you mentioned adding WindowsBBS to the start menu, yet again, that doesn't work unless you have "Start menu" running, *not* "Classic Start menu ".
