attachments in outlook express 6

    Hi, I tried 2 open my already existing attachments but they come up grey and said that they were unsafe. I have always checked them before opening them and they have seemed safe, so I am a bit confused as to what is happening. Any ideas? Thankyou :)

    In OE click on tools\options and then on the security tab. Uncheck the line that says "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus ".

    And be Aware of what you are doing! Since you list yourself as a beginner, you could get your computer a virus infection pretty fast by opening attachments if you don't know anything about security....
