Attachments in message in Outlook 2002

    When I attach a file, it becomes an icon in the new mail message, instead of bieng displayed in the message header.

    Any ideas on how to correct this?

    I think that happens because you are using Rich Text format. On the message window click format menu, select plain text (or you could use HTML)
