asus p4s333-m bios update

okey i want update bios of asus motherboard model no p4s333-m
b4 that i read article of asus how to update bios i make system floopy copy aflash.exe n bios file here i go start computer with startup system disk run aflash.exe
i recieve 2 option
1. save current bios to to file.
2. update bios without boot block and escd?..
can u clarify me 2nd option is for what ?..
in article i have to choose 2nd option which is update bios including boot block and escd but here i don't see this option?..
what is wrong how to update bios step by step with bios including boot block n escd..

This seems to be the relevant section:

mmmm...not extremely clear.

Check in your motherboard manual if there may be clearer instructions.

My conclusion would be that the BIOS update you are using does not contain any updated information for the Boot Block or ESCD. It only has an update for the BIOS itself.

Side note: Do not flash a Beta version of an upgrade. Only use these if you have run out of all other options. (I looked at the upgrade...there is only one for the P4S333-M and it is a final version, not Beta.)
