ASRock Instant Boot

    I'm running the above programme which makes my system boot up a lot faster. I have an ASRock motherboard, but I was wondering if anyone knows whether Instant Boot will work on a computer which doesn't have that MB.

    IMO I would think that the software is specific to ASRock and possibly to specific ASRock mobos.

    Thanks Pete, that's what I thought. But I'll leave this thread open a while in case someone has an opposing view.
    By the way they claim a 4 second boot, in fact it's 12 seconds but way faster than before.
    Having said that I'm retired and in no hurry!
