Arranging icons for the do-it-yourselfer

    I would like to arrange my own icons. Windows explorer lets me do so, then when I revisit the folder, it has put them back in alphabetical order. Or by date, size or type. I would like to ask explorer to leave them where I put them.

    Tips?

    Arrange the icons like you want them. Win Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->View tab->Apply to all folder button.
