    My dillema is we have an Arcserve 6 version in our Novell server. After I load the latest version of Novell client and try to run the program, I'm getting the error message "Novell client shell is not loaded" the strangest thing is, some of the machine will work with the same exact client version. Thanks a lot for the help.

    Common error this one

    First things first : ensure ARCServe is running SP4 which you can download from CA

    Secondly make sure that you installed Client 32 but told it to use both IP and IPX - if IPX isnt present then AS6 Manager will not work (AS 7 is kind of the opposite)

    If that doesnt work we'll go further...

    Thanks for the reply Andy, Ipx is loaded and I even make it the preference protocol, still I'm getting the same error message.
