Application/KillApp.B/ TeMerc Possibly

This came up on a friend of mine's pc after a Panda Active Scan. Its the only tool found. I know what I think, but what do you think?

 

This appears to be a false\positive, even tho you didn't give me the whole line. It's related to HP or Compaq printer scanner?

I have another buddy that is wondering about his pc.
