Application Exception error on OE

    My Neighbor gets the error on OE execute - doesn't seem to affect functionality of OE once the ok button is used. If the cancel button pressed, the debugger apparently has a problem as well. This happened after downloading of Cell Phone Contacts into OE. The file is fine and she can see the contact file.

    LashBackControl.exe doesn't return any hits when searching. Is this from some program she used to transfer the contacts?

    Would suggest reregistering the dlls as outlined here - OE Repair Kit - may or may not solve the problem :)

    That part is hazy, this download occured a week ago. I'll try to get a fuller strory.

    If it is a program used for the transfer I would see about removing it from the system completely.
