When I run Spybot, I often find infected files in Application Data/Sun/Java
Can I just get rid of Sun/Java?
Will Java Script run Without Sun/Java?

    Hello flatfoot,

When I run Spybot, I often find infected files in Application Data/Sun/Java

Look inside the java folders - the temp folders are, to continue w/ your path:
\Deployment\Cache If you double click on them you'll find they contain java web pages.

Can I just get rid of Sun/Java?

Sure, you can get rid of it - just unistall. But, you may find that you will not be able to access some sites or site features that use Java.

Will Java Script run Without Sun/Java?

Yes, they are two different things.
