I don't know what happened, but when I click "Shut Down" in the start menu, a drop down menu appears for me to confirm if I want to Log off, Stand By, Hibernate, Restart, or Shut Down. I use to have it so that there would be a yellow icon for stand by, a red icon for shut down, and a green icon for restart. I'm guessing there's an easy way to fix this in the control panel somewhere, but I can't quite figure out. Any help?

You might also check to see if Fast User Switching is enabled in the User Accounts applet of the Control Panel. Welcome Screen logon is necessary as well.
