Aol

I'm posting this on behalf of my mom. She has a HP computer with Windows ME. She has AOL 6.0. For a year she had no problems at all. Over the past couple of months she keeps getting "booted off" constantly. She has called AOL help several times and tried their suggestions, but nothing has helped. She went into the setting and changed them to be slower, but it still kepps happening. Any suggestions?

 

Has she tried changing dial-up numbers?

I have AOL and have the occasional problem, but that usually clears up when I change numbers.

I doubt AOL's tech support is going to be of any help. LOL!
