Anyone using Windows ME with dual CPU

    I am running Windows ME on an ASUS 939 socket MB which can be upgraded to a dual core CPU. I will need to update the BIOS and will increase DDR 3200 ram to 2mb. (2x1mb)

    Question: Is it possible to continue to use ME?

    I have another computer running XP Pro, which is an OEM install and I do not have an installation CD.

    Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

    I doubt anyone in the world is still using ME, the worst OS Microsoft ever put on the market.

    Of course it's anyones guess if it will properly work with much more recent hardware. I'm pretty sure it would only use one core.
