Resolved anyone know of a phonebook program (printable)

Back in windows 98 Time I had this little program My Phone book It was on a floopy Disk 1MB program
It ran from that disk and saves to it
It was a personal phonebook and it printed out. It staple in the middle and fold over and fit in my shirt pocket. It was very good
One had to use it in MS Dos mode
Well when xp come out Dos went away and still gone.
Does anyone know of a small simple phonebook program that I can enter phone numbers and print it out as a small booklet,
Or is their a way to run a MS Dos base program from win 7

I give azzcardfile a trail. I found one that pretty stright up on simple and prints very easy Handy Address book at Beiley.com That is a real good one I found the other day
