Anyone familiar with Panda Anti-Rootkit

I was thinking about downloading it and using it on my computer but there are a lot of things involved in their Legal notice, Privacy policy and License Agreement, more so than normal it seems. I was wondering if anyone used it or knew about it?

 

I have yet to test it. I have tried the NanoScan and TotalScan that they asked me to try. I received an email from them to test a beta the other day but accidently deleted it. Panda has been bombarding me with requests to try all of their new tools. I wish they would concentrate on just creating one all-in-one scanner and improve their anti-virus/firewall program.

I just checked out the research page. I would read some of the replies about false positives and the removal of Firefox and AOL. I think they still have bugs to work out.
