Any Way To Completely Remove Cleartype/font Smoothing?

I already have bad eyesight, and i dont need windows rendering everything blurrier.

Ive found the setting in chrome and disabled it, and went into regedit and set font smoothing to 0

can i get rid of it everywhere? including the "start menu" app page and various other renderings on websites (for example this one, at the top).

i figured it out in windows 7 but that was like 6 years ago now and dont remember *all* steps.
