Any software that checks a website for spyware?

    Hello,
    I'm currently using WOT for chrome and FF, and it's more or less a software based on emperics, and hence, is incorrect quite often. I'm looking for something that actually scans a page and checks for malware/ viruses etc. Anyone know if any such software exists?

    Any help will be highly appreciated.
