Resolved Any more opinions on this preview release?

My alma mater, National University, is offering Win 10 Preview through
academic software. I was considering installing it in virtualbox for jokes and see how it runs and looks. Any more opinions anybody?

Many times, and did you notice that it and others are three weeks old? I was wondering if anybody has any new opinions? It might appear that w10 is a wash to some people.

Hi elcajongunsfan, I'm running my HDD with W10 Preview in answer to your query. It's very similar to W8.1 in layout and the Start Menu is easy to use. I find the reponse is quick when switching programs and opening internet or email (Mozilla FF & TB).
IE 11 is fractionally slower in opening but overall I'm looking forward to it's release. Neil.

 

No problem. Usually posting in that thread will maybe get a couple of more hits and brings it back up to the top. Makes it easy to follow 1 thread instead of 2 on the same subject.
