Have tried EVERY was imaginable to delete messages from outlook express and NOTHING works.

Let's try to keep to this post so we don't get lost ok? Just hit post reply at the bottom of the page.

Go back to your browser......up to tools, then internet options......then under the general tab, where I asked you to look for your startpage....and type in there, something like: www.msn.com ......click apply at the bottom...then ok.
Open a new browser window and see if that works.


As for your email not deleting......I can't know what you've tried. "Every way imagineable" doesn't explain how you've been doing it. What version of OE are you suing? When did this start happening? Were you able to delete mail before?

Have you tried going through safe mode and seeing if you can delete your email then?
