Another win32 services issue.

Im pretty much technologically retarded so i cant actually make sense of whats happening in the other threads on this issue.
i do have a similar issue though the specifics are:

i use a huawei usb modem with 3 mobile broadband provider and after a few minutes or sometimes half an hour i get an error saying "Generic host process for win 32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close" if i dont act on the window i.e click send error report or close, i can move the window and browse for probably another 5 minutes before it cuts out completely. if i then try to disconnect it says that there is a problem with my modem and the only way to completely disconnect and start browsing again is to restart my computer. i know this is exactly the same as the issue another user was having but i dont quite understand how to use the diagnostic tools or follow any of the same process listed in that thread. if anyone would like to help me learn how to use a computer it would be appreciated haha.
