Another IRQL_Not_Less_or_equal error (with minidump file)

    Hi,

    I just built a new computer, and I'm having a lot of problems with BSODs. I use a AMD Sempron 754 3000+ on a Biostar NF4 board. I've run memtest86 on the RAM (I have 1 gig of it) and found no problems. This is what I get for minidumps:
