another fan?

    If you look at my other post (power supply help) it says that my power supply has broken. The question here is, i am thinking of getting another fan on my computer (stop it from happening again) Is it a good idea, how big should i go, what type, brand, etc.

    i have a nice big panel on the side that i can cut into and install another fan so it can be just about any size (in moderation of course)

    Most cases have provision for a case fan on the back panel - look for a circular grill with 4 fan mounting holes. This, if present, will determine the fan size. Better than chopping the case IMO.
