Annoying problem with Windows installer and WinDVD

    Not sure why this has started! When i boot up my PC the windows installer stars for WinDVD. I can't cancel it as it just restarts itself! I've tried to uninstall WinDVD using the program but it will not uninstall it before the installer starts up again. It just states another instance of the installer is running. I've tried in safe mode as well with no luck it gives an error I'm assuming because something it needs isn't available whilst running in safe mode. I've also tried a system restore to a checkpoint from yesterday which also didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions please!
